The project is located almost 3km off the coastline Philippines. Nearly 4k Ha offshore area can accommodate 8 turbines x 12 MW for 96 MW. Extension up to 300 MW. First development includes infrastructure for the 230kV grid connection. Indicated sales price around 0,2 EUR/kWh CAPEX is 350 million EUR. IRR 26% over 25 years with ROI 911% The funding will be 1.5m EUR bridging loan to get to the SC grant + 25m EUR pre RTB in development Equity to debt is 1:2 NTA due mid–November 2025 and COA expected to be granted end 2025. RTB is Q1 2027
