Solar parks somtimes face 3–5 year delays before grid connection terms are issued. During this
period, installed PV panels generate energy that cannot be exported and is entirely wasted. Park
owners pay land lease and O&M on an asset producing zero revenue.

We convert stranded solar into Bitcoin revenue. Containerised miners are deployed
behindthe-meter, consuming on-site PV. Electricity cost is effectively €0 — no grid tariff, no PPA.
Both parties earn while waiting for connection.
