28 MWp Solar C&I Project in India

RTB project of 28 MWp / 20 MWAc in North India at a total cost of $14.5 Mn. This will generate approximately 46 Mn units (KWhr) of electricity which will be supplied to BBB+ clients at an approximate price of 5 cents. This is a group captive power plant which means that the clients (off-taker) will be also pumping in their capital (approximately 8% of the total project cost) to show their commitment towards green energy. IRR of 21% on investment over 25 years (20+5). Grid is secured with 10 MW capacity and 33kV voltage located 5km from substation.
