• Greenfield project in Romania with capacity of appr. 400 MWac >550 MWp. • Development to be managed and carried out by our Romanian Project Development arm. • Land reclassification, building permit and cable right are still to go • Land is secured. • Grid connection solution study has been accepted by the Transelectrica committee and therefore, it approved the Grid connection request of the Project. • The targeted COD of the Project in the second half of 2026. • Owner is looking for co-investor in return for majority stake (51%) of the SPV shares.
