Capacity: 11.6 MWdc across 4 solar PV farms. Technical & economic modelling + all level permits obtained + connection capacity reservation with national network has been paid + land of 26.48 hectares is secured. Timing for return of investment ~ 1.5 years. Solar plant will be sold to new owners during construction process. After the plant is commissioned – investment will fully return. Project has received an offer from Baltic Bank to debt finance.

Having investor who will invest 20% equity - based on previous track record with solar projects of the main project participant - we are confident to raise 70% local bank financing (as debt), and to receive 10% as deposits from future buyers of the solar plant. This represents 100% of the funds required for turn key construction and commissioning of our 11.60 MWdc solar plant.
