The project benefits from secured land rights (20 years with 10 year extension), confirmed STMG grid connection, and a rapid permitting pathway. Located on a 3.1-hectare plot in close proximity to an existing major substation with a 2.1km grid connection cable route following municipal roads. Grid connection offered by Terna and is currently under acceptance. RTB is expected in 12-18 months. Seeking an investor for purchase or co-development agreement. Acquisition price is €2m.
