Standalone 28 MW AC + 4 hour BESS project in central Chile. COD for December 2025 Land purchase promise agreement has been executed and there is no IFC permit required. Interconnection in 15 kV less than 100 meters with connection date before Q4 2025. Business model enjoys capacity payments provided by regulation @ ~50% of total revenue The remaining revenue is merchant energy margin. We would seek PPA in first 5 years after COD. The developer would be BOS and O&M contractor. Seeking project finance for about 20m and the remainder 6-7m either mezz or equity
