EfW project is located on a 20-acre brownfield site in England. Seeking £1.5m in equity. There will be a materials recovery facility, generating RDF as fuel for a 120,000 tonne per annum. Planning application that was approved on a 1 acre plot of the larger site. Larger application Q2 2025 and expected RTB 2026. PPA tariff will be £120/MWh, index linked (CPI). Electricity generated will be used 24/7 by the on-site vertical farm and cold store. Exit opportunities identified after specific milestones.
