We develop niche projects of 2 - 20MW with highly creditworthy PPA counterparties, where tariffs are above-market due to development stage challenges. We have an excellent track record of building and operating 19MW of such projects. We have a pipeline of 50MW of such projects, each with excellent tariffs & PPA counterparties (incl. nationally renowned educational & medical institutions). We face no hurdles raising domestic senior debt, and are looking to raise structured debt/quasi-equity of $5m to partly meet our equity commitments for these pipeline projects.
