Hybrid Wind and Solar/PV project - 120 MW, RTB in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 10 year government PPA

Hybrid 80 MWac solar/36 MW wind power plant project with optional BESS (from 2026) in Bosnia & Herzegovina with 125 MEUR CAPEX. SPV holding land lease agreement, grid, environmental & location permits secured. Signed a concession agreement for more than 130 ha (27+23y) 400 kV grid connection planned, substation upgrade needed RTB expected Q1 2026; COD Q4-2027. Can be offered as EPC (turnkey) as well, experienced local team with subcontractors. PPA: multiple non-binding offers from private/state-owned, fixed, index pegged with floor (min 3, max 12y)
