Seeking investor partner for acquisition -> development -> RTB exit of 4-project BESS portfolio totalling 750MW / 3,000MWh (4hr) in Italy. Each project capped at 200MW to qualify for the streamlined PAUR permitting route, compressing delivery to RTB from 2-3 years to 12-15 months. Developer has an established Italian BESS and solar track record.

1. Land

  • Preliminary land contracts signed across all 4 sites (26ha total)
  • Definitive deeds to be executed through development process

2. Grid

  • All 4 projects connect to a new 380kV Terna substation (under construction)
  • STMG accepted on 1 project; offered on 2 (acceptance Q3 2026); to be requested on 1
  • Connection distances: 2.3km to 4.8km

3. Permits

  • Not yet obtained; PAUR route targeted across all 4 projects

Transaction

  • Investor acquires SPVs and funds site acquisition and devex (c.€4.7m total); developer delivers to RTB on a success-fee basis
  • Investor may self-build or sell at RTB; indicative RTB sale value €18.75m
